It contains documentation about OneUI. The link goes to the demo section that gives you a picture of what it looks like. I think it looks great, at least as a default design when you don't have your own designer resource to make you your own style.

XPages is prepared for using OneUI and on openNTF there is a template that makes it even easier to get started.

In my Lotus Notes 8.5.3, OneUI v2.1 comes preinstalled. The v2 came with earlier release.
The standard client uses themes for styling. It lets you implement OneUI if you like. Here is an excerpt from http://www-01.ibm.com/support
